By using our print driver we can accept your files created on ANY Mac or Windows application.  

Once you have downloaded and installed the print driver, open up your program (Word, Publisher, Corel, etc.), simply select the file menu's Print option  (You already do this when you print a copy on your inkjet or laser printer).  

Change the printer to the one named "Graphic North" and click OK or Print. That's it!  

Your file and job requirements will be safely sent to us.  From then on, you can send jobs to Graphic North the same way you would to your personal printer (Epson, HP, etc.).  It is that easy! 		Option 1
Download our PDF Print Driver

(one time download and install and is not necessary if the file is already a PDF)   If you will not be using the Print Driver frequently, (one time use)  please contact us for a generic user name and password.

Please note:  Word, Excel, Corel, and  Powerpoint files should be sent to us using this Print Driver utility.
Option 2
Use our Web Upload

(this uses a browse feature to upload and allows you to enter your requested print job description and contact information)

Please note:  This utility is for sending large files already converted to a PDF or for sending us "packaged" and compressed files, i.e., completed file with fonts and graphics that has been zipped or stuffed.

Floppy
Portable Drives
Jump Drives
Emailed files if under 2 MB

As of now we can not read/download information from memory cards such as digital camera cards.

Use our FTP

  • User Name: customer
  • Password: customer

Information for packaging files to Graphic North's FTP delivery, please refer to Prepress first. Please note that FTP may not work in a Netscape browser.  Download and install a FTP utility program, i.e. Fetch, WS-FTP. 

Please send a courtesy email telling us you are uploading files to our FTP. 

Please note:  This option is similar to Option 2 but does not allow you to enter a job description.  It is only for "dropping" files on a server for us to download.
