Welcome to the prepress department! Here we can create, process and prepare your files for printing.
When you provide digital files for us to print from, we will preflight each file and notify you of any potential problems. There is no charge for this service.
We are equipped with both Mac and PC computers which gives us great flexibility to be able to work with your files. We can accept files created from the following software (it must be in the version listed or a previous version)

Adobe Photoshop CS5
Acceptable Software (For best results convert to PDF)
Microsoft Publisher 2010
Microsoft Word 2010

Provide your files to us on a DVD, CD, USB Stick, USB Hard Drive, via email or
via our file transfer system.
Graphics
Include all original graphics that are linked in your document (.jpg, .tif, .eps, etc...). Please ensure that all of your photographic images are 300 dpi and line art images are either vector images or 600 dpi.
Bleeds
All files designed with images or color that touch the edge of the document must include a .125” bleed and a minimum of .125” margin. (i.e. an 8.5” x 11” document with bleeds should be submitted at 8.75” x 11.25” with all copy/images that are not to be cut at least .25” from the edge of the bleed)
Fonts
Be sure to send us all fonts used in your file.
